Relation to Class Themes

Avatar shows the use of technology to experience live in an alternate body. This is a big advantage that the humans have over the Na'vi because they can learn their culture and blend in. In a way, this type of technology is a body hack. Although Jake is actually paralyzed, he is able to walk while he is the "avatar." The technology completely changes his way of life and his thoughts.
